  • What if my car isn't in running condition?

    We accept almost any vehicle — whether its running or hasn’t moved in years— as long as you have the title. Just give us a call at 1-855-846-6322 or fill out our online form. We’ll even pick it up for free!

  • How does the donation program work?
    1. Fill out the online form or call 1-855-846-6322.
    2. We’ll schedule a pick-up time that works for you with a local towing company.
    3. You receive a general receipt via email. Once your car is sold at auction, we’ll mail you an official 1098-C tax form and a thank you letter.
  • Do I have to pay for towing?

    Absolutely not! Towing is 100% free!

  • How long will it take to pick up my vehicle?

    Typically, vehicles are picked up within 1–3 business days.

  • What should I do with my license plates?

    Please remove your license plates before the vehicle is picked up.
    Depending on your state, you may also need to notify the DMV:

    • AZ, CA IL MN WA: Submit a release of liability.
    • Alaska and Hawaii: Fill out and return a Notice of Vehicle Sale, found at the bottom of your title.
  • How do I sign my title?

    One of our agents will guide you through the process to ensure it’s done correctly. When signing, be sure to print and sign your name as the “Seller” exactly as it appears on the front of the title.

  • Will I receive a tax deduction for my donation?

    Yes! The IRS allows you to claim one of the following:

    • If your vehicle sells for less than $500, you can claim up to $500.
    • If it sells for more than $500, you may claim the actual sale price.
